The Hintertux Glacier
Perpetual ice. Airy heights. Hintertux glacier paradise
Ancient. Fascinating beautiful. The Tuxer Ferner is enthroned at the end of the Tuxertal. Together with its neighbouring glacier Riepenkees, it creates a magical ice field that we call the Hintertux Glacier. It is a greeting from long lost times. A magical symbol of nature. Up there where the snow lives. It is home to perpetual ice.
