Arrival
Rooms are available on the day of arrival at 3 pm and are reserved until 6 pm. If you will arrive later please call us.
Departure
Please vacate your room on your day of departure by 10 am at the latest.
Family suite
Minimum occupancy of 3 people, otherwise a 50% surcharge will be charged per person/day.
Booking information
The booking confirmed by us in writing is valid after we have received the required deposit. For the deposit, please make a standard EU bank transfer to our account at Sparkasse Schwaz / Tux.

The listed prices include all taxes with the exclusion of the local tax of € 1.80 per person/day.
Double room for single use
We charge a 50% surcharge per day on the double room price
Dogs
Cleaning cost per dog/day € 20,-
We can only accept dogs upon prior agreement. We ask for your understanding. Dogs may not enter the dining room, the sauna paradise, the natural swimming pool or the garden.
Children’s discount
In the room with 2 full-paying guests:
Up to an age of 3 - 80%, between ages of 4 and 10 - 50%, 11 and 15 - 30%.
If a separate room is booked for children, the adult prices apply.
Short stay surcharge
Per person/day € 7,- (for 1 to 4-night stays)
Smoking
The entire hotel is a non-smoking area. We ask for your understanding. There is a heated smoker’s corner at the hotel entrance.
Holiday cancellation insurance
As sometimes not everything happens as planned, we offer you here the possibility to purchase Holiday cancellation insurance . This information applies as agreed in addition to the Austrian hotel contract conditions.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellations up to 1 month before arrival are free of charge. 1 month to 3 weeks before arrival 40%, 3 weeks to 1 week before arrival 70%, within the last week before arrival 90%, in the case of early departure 100% of the booking value. Unoccupied rooms or people not arriving, late arrival or early departure as well as meals not consumed will be charged according to the booking.
Room payment
We accept cash (Euros), EC cards, Visa and Mastercard.
Room with breakfast
The amount of € 25 will be deducted per person/day from the half-board price.
Special diets
If you let us know in advance, we will be happy to prepare your menu according to your special needs ( allergies, food intolerances ). For vegan menus we charge a surcharge of € 15 per person/day.
