Our culinary philosophy is clear: short supply chains, honest craftsmanship, respect for tradition, and a passion for occasional excursions beyond the Alpine culinary horizon. At Hotel Eden, fine dining is the responsibility of the owner. Patrick Erler personally stands at the stove for you. By his side for almost 15 years: chef Franz. Together, the two take care of your culinary well-being day after day, always keeping the soul in mind as well.
Our fabulous kitchen duo always knows exactly where the ingredients we serve come from. We are convinced that good food should not only be good for us humans. That’s why we handle food and resources with great care and mindfulness.

Welcome to the summit of fine taste! After a day in the Zillertal Alps, we’ll pamper you from head to toe. Patrick will cook up for you, and Stephanie will be there to take care of you in service. How about a nice glass of wine with your meal?
- Four-course dinner with selection of savoury and low-calories dishes to choose from
- Tyrolean specialities and international delicacies
- Daily vegetarian dishes
- Large salad buffet
- Cheese board with local cheeses every day

Hotel Eden’s short-distance kitchen:
- The dairy products come from the dairy in Mayrhofen.
- We source meat and fish from the butcher in Mayrhofen.
- Fresh bread is supplied by the village bakery.
- We adjust portion sizes to ensure as little food as possible is left over.
- We are “Bewusst Tirol” certified: this means we mainly use regional products.
- In summer, the herbs come from the Garden Eden.
- Everything at the buffet is open and nothing is unnecessarily packaged. For your snack on the go, it’s best to bring your own lunch box.
- Our used cooking oil is turned into biodiesel
