The Hotel Eden in Tux is the best example of how wellness and sustainability do not have to be in contradiction. For many of our guests, it is not only relaxation and recreation that is important on a wellness holiday in the Zillertal, but also careful and sustainable use of resources and the use of regional products.
Sustainable time out
Our natural swimming pond has drinking water quality, cleaning is ensured by the aquatic plants, which work like a filter system. The natural pond is open from June to the end of October and reaches a temperature of up to 23° - ideal for cooling off after an active day directly in our hotel and relaxing on the sunny lawn or in a floating lounger.
Water-saving fittings, water-saving toilets and water-saving showers are a given. If you also want to set an example for our environment, you can take part in our measures to increase sustainability with a sign saying "No room cleaning today".

- The plants in the Garden of Eden are watered with collected rainwater.
- The garden was deliberately planted regionally.
- The activation of the saunas is staggered to avoid current electricity peaks.
- The exhaust air from the cold stores at the Hotel Eden heats the wellness area and the hot tub.
