At Hotel Eden, we don’t offer standard 08/15 wellness programs. We create space—for you and everything that often gets neglected in everyday life. Simply feel good and look forward to 4 different saunas, a whirlpool, a natural swimming pond with real mountain spring water and a 1,000 m² garden that truly deserves its name. Four saunas. One feeling of pure well-being.
This warmth is pure bliss: let the power of fire do its work and visit our four saunas after a long day of skiing, a summit hike—or simply whenever you feel like it:
Our Tyrolean sauna cabin brings you to a healthy sweat at 90°C, with infusions of natural aromas that smell of forest and alpine meadows. If you prefer something gentler, relax in the herbal bio sauna at a mild 60°C. The aromatic steam bath surrounds you in 46°C eucalyptus mist, and the infrared cabin works quietly and deeply into the tissue layers. Afterwards, unwind in the hot whirlpool, where 36°C warm water gently envelops you.

150 m² of pure mountain spring water
The mountains above the Zillertal are a cradle of water. Countless springs are born up there and make their way down into the valley. One of them flows directly into our natural swimming pond. Crystal clear, drinking-water quality, and shimmering in countless shades of turquoise and emerald green—it is waiting for you. And now: jump in! Best head first!
Our natural swimming pond is open from May to October, directly accessible from the wellness area, and exclusively for our guests. On the sunbathing lawn and in the floating loungers, you’ll have views of the glacier world of Tux Alps—and nothing else on your mind.
Garden Eden in Tux
A 1,000 m² small green paradise
Bellflowers nestling against moss, edelweiss and gentian growing side by side, and the scent of rosemary, lavender, and wild thyme drifting through the garden.
Gerlinde has created a little paradise for you: with shaded areas and sunny islands, and alpine plants you can almost taste. Your gaze wanders across the Tux Valley all the way to the glacier giants, while you lie back with nothing to do except enjoy.

Wellness and sustainability are not opposites. That’s why we do what we can—and keep improving it:
- Our natural swimming pond in the Zillertal works completely without chemical additives—the regeneration zones along the edges take care of that naturally.
- The plants in our garden are watered with rainwater, and only regional species are used.
- Our saunas are switched on in stages to avoid power peaks.
- And the exhaust air from our cold storage rooms? It helps heat our wellness area and whirlpool—turning kitchen energy into soothing warmth.
