Our head chef Patrick looks forward to taking guests at the Hotel Eden on a culinary journey of discovery through the Zillertal Valley. Traditional Tyrolean meals are combined with international dishes to ensure that there is something for every taste.

Franz, a qualified chef, has been working at the Hotel Eden since 2012. He was born in and grew up in Styria in the east of Austria but feels right at home in the mountains of Tyrol. He is a passionate fan of Manchester United.
