We are truly happy to be there for you: as chef and hiking guide, at the bar and on the trail, and everywhere in between. Your relaxation does not need staging, but rather a sense for what allows your soul to breathe and your heart to open wide. For 40 years, we have been welcoming guests to our “Dahuame.” Now only you are missing.

How lucky we are: first, because we get to call this wonderful place on earth called Tux our home and share it with you. And second: we have never worked a day in our lives, because we love what we do so much.

We are personally at the reception, behind the stove, at the bar, and with you on the summit. We know every little shortcut, every favorite spot, and where to find the best Kaspressknödel in the world. For us, your mountain holiday is not a business, but our passion—for over 40 years.

Patrick Erler
Early in the morning, he's already working on the perfect creation for your dinner, then he shows you the most beautiful spots in the Tux Valley, and in the evening he conjures up true works of art of modern Alpine cuisine on your plate. And later, he'll serve you a glass of happiness at the bar. Patrick grew up in the Hotel Eden. In 2023, he and his wife Lisa took over the hotel.

Need to get out of the office and up the mountain? You don't have to ask Lisa twice! As your direct contact person at reception, on the phone, via social media, or even on the mountain, she always has a sympathetic ear for you. And a pretty good eye for the details that really matter.
Stephanie Erler
A good glass of wine, a kind word, a special request: Our restaurant manager anticipates your every need. Just like her brother Patrick, Stephanie was born with a natural talent for hospitality. And a witty remark now and then is always part of the experience.
Gerlinde Erler
What's growing so green here and blooming so beautifully there? And who made this perfect cappuccino foam? We bet it's Gerlinde. Her friendly nature brightens up breakfast. And our regulars know: Gerlinde is there for everyone and has a solution for every problem.
Alexander Erler
He should really be enjoying his well-deserved retirement. But when you meet Alexander, you quickly realize: this man is a go-getter. After all, he and Gerlinde "invented" the Hotel Eden over 40 years ago. Alex is a true outdoorsman in the best sense of the word, and a walking encyclopedia to boot. Hardly anyone knows the land, its people, mountains, and valleys as well as he does.
