Arrival
Rooms are available on arrival day from 15.00 clock and are reserved for you until 18.00 clock. Please inform us if you expect to arrive later than 18.00hours

Departure
We kindly request that your room is vacated by 10.00 colck on departure day.

Child Discounts in Summer

› in a double or triple rooms with 2 full paying persons
Up to 6 years free, 7 to 15 years 50%.
› in an apartment with 2 full paying persons
Up to 3 years 80%, 4 to 10 years 50%, 11 to 15 years 30%.
If children require their own bedroom adult prices are applicable.

Apartment
Minimum occupancy of 3 persons, otherwise a surcharge of 50% is applicable per person per day.

Single Occupancy of a Double Room
A 50% surcharge of the daily rate is applicable.

Room with breakfast only
€ 5,- per person per day will be deducted from the half board price.

Dogs
We charge € 10,- per day and don’t supply food. If you would like to bring your dog with you we kindly request that you seek permission from us beforehand, and accept that dogs are forbidden from entering the dining areas, the sauna paradise, swimming pond and garden.

Smoking
Please understand that the entire hotel is Non smoking area. There is a heated smoking area at the hotel entrance.

Payment
We accept Euros in cash, EC cards, Visa and Mastercard.

Conditions of Cancellation
No cancellation costs will be incurred if the booking is terminated over 1 month before the intended arrival date. From 1 week to 1 month before the intended arrival date, the cancellation charge is 50% of the half board price. Cancellation period of 1 week or less, non arrival of guests, delayed arrival, early departure or non-consumed meals will be charged according to the normal price list.
