Nordic Walking is an effective exercise method which combines walking quickly with classic cross country technique, and results in an intensive whole body work out.

Nordic Walking is ideal for beginners, or people wishing to improve their fitness levels but find jogging too strenuous and just walking not enough. Nordic Walking allows you to regulate the intensity of your training easily, which means you won’t “over“ or “under“ do it.

The correct arm-pole movement will actively use 90% of your body muscle. Beneficial for heart and lungs whilst strengthening your upper body.
